Ms. Rowland has managed a full range of projects including; biological resource assessments, environmental compliance programs, environmental training programs, planning, regulatory agency strategy, coordination, and permitting, and constructability assessments. She actively engages with regulatory agencies, and engineering and construction teams to develop solutions to protect environmental resources while facilitating construction.
