As a subject matter expert in California permitting and NEPA, Bonnie has led many multidisciplinary projects including Environmental Impact Statements and mitigation banks. Her diverse background includes roles as a Region 9 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Enforcement Officer, a Los Angeles District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Senior Project Manager, National Marine Fisheries Service Scientist III, and an instructor for the Wetland Training Institute.
